It seems such a blindingly obvious idea that I can't believe no one has thought of it - but is there a way of getting email notices of super-cheap deals for flights to a particular place?

I've had various "cheap deals" emails from Expedia et al, but they were done as a scattergun effect - "Cheap deals to Tenerife...Phuket...Sydney...", whereas what I'm after would tell you if there were deals on a particular location - in my case, flights to Tokyo.

Is it out there? If not, grand little business for someone.
