Just got my new Samsung 193p Tft

Hey guys,

Its just arrived (well it arrived today but im only home now!) unpacked her and set her up on an old gf2mx machine with vga output and its still quality

Ill put up some piccies next week when i have it with my own pc.

Just to say tho in the flesh its the most stylish piece of pc hardware ive ever seen, you really need to see it to believe it!

Re dead pixels i have one thats stuck on black in the upper left quadrant. I was worried about dead pixels as in the past i had a 17" Dell i ended up selling as it had a lit green pixel in the centre of the screen, and it bugged the hell out of me. The dead one on this is fine, its out of the way and only really noticeable on plain white, apart from that its pixel perfect!

This isnt intended as a mini review or anything of the sort that might come next week, i just wanted to share my joy.

Went for a Samsung 710n myself.

What size is that screen(19???)? If I had the money... do u use it for tv r just for the pc? If I was gonna spend that much I'd be wanting rid of my tv....

i use it for tv aswell with my tv card, tis 19"

ill do a review in a few days no time at the mo,

i find it quiet good, there is some ghosting tho, however the picture is the best of any tft available as far as i know 800:1 contrast ratio!!!
