Looks like a bit of a ploy by Ticketmaster or MCD.

I will now change my earlier prediction of Sunday evening/Monday morning issue of tickets to Tuesday/Wednesday. I didn't see them "selling" every ticket for the Sat & Sun aswell.

Well mcd came out the day bowie cancelled and said 95% of tickets were already sold at that stage, so there was a bit of a scramble by people leaving it to the last minute when they heard that, I don't think there will be more tickets!

Do you really think MCD will let thousands of people go ticket-less when they can get €130 a ticket, and let them push and shove their way around the campsites to find room to camp. There's loads of space in Punchestown.

I'm sure they wont be wanting to miss out on (easily) ~€10,000 - €20,000 more.

Loads of space yeah, but they probably are limited to a certain number by security, safety and insurance concerns. This is the weekend people would have bought tickets and planned next weekend, if they wanted to sell more this would be the time to do it.....just a feeling, we'll see who's right as the week goes on.

I'd say MCD would love to sell more tickets but Naas Town Council may not. It's now monday afternoon and no news of extra tickets. I wouldn't hold my breath but I hope I'm wrong, a lot of friends remain ticketless.

Yes this has been a somewhat kick in the teeth for me and a few friends I never felt rushed to buy my camping ticket but now i suffer!!
