Transfer Sky+ Recordings to PC

Is it possible to rip the contents of the sky+ HD onto my pc? By what i mean is to connect the box to my pc and copy the contents over or is there any software that would read the contents on the HD if i plugged it into my pc.

It isn't possible to access the video files from the SKY+ hard disc by plugging it into your PC - they're encrypted. You'll have to use a s-video or composite lead with audio cables from your digibox to a video capture card.
