    What is the best way to pass a CStringArray to another function?

    (MFC VC++ 6.0)

    pass by value = creates a new variable with the orig vars details (numbers, words etc)
    pass by variable = direct access to the org vars details

    for less memory usage pass by variable

    Cheers D man. I had figured it out but I should also point out that its not your standard array. Its dynamic blah, blah, blah... Cheers anyhoo dude...
