some of you might be into this if you like heavier stuff..

Fresh from having toured together in the UK earlier this year, two bands playing different/fresh strands of heavy/extreme music....

    Snowblood (Scotland)/Easpa Measa Irish Tour

Sat 17 July: Belfast, The Duke of York w/ The Killing Spree

    Sun 18 July: Cork, Freds

Mon 19 July: Dublin, The Green Lizard, w/ Dograck
(The Green Lizard is on Francis St, near Christchurch, opposite the Tivoli Theatre. Doors at 8.30 and admission is €6)

Snowblood is a Glasgow based band. A musical exploration of the natural cycles of creation and destruction and the beautiful and horrific elemental powers. The Dance of Shiva meets the devastation of Kali. The eternal archetypal battle between the forces of good and evil. Think ferocious sickening screaming heaviness giving way to plaintive calmness. Neurosis, Swans, Isis, Eyehategod at one end of the spectrum, and Slint, Low and Karate at the other.

Easpa Measa are a six-piece Dublin-based band playing their own brand of dark, epic hardcore. They are currently planning their second UK tour and are "busy" mixing their first recordings.
