one claims to have "with Flash Professional"
but they both say they have flash pro in their descriptions?

couldn't say 100%, but most student editions of software are identical to their big brother counterparts, just a little (or lot) cheaper to encourage poor students to use it and then when they aren't poor students any more they still use the same software but have to pay big bucks to the vendors to keep doing so.
