    Yeah why i didnt go for it and its in Coolock but somoene leaving school or poor college student may find it useful its the all important experience.

    Yes, it's not great but then it does say: "Experience is an advantage but not essential."

    I'm sure lots of people would be glad to get into that sort of role without having had to go to college...

    That sounds like the kinda job where you're sitting in the back of a small shop that advertises "Computer Repairs".
    Any idea what it pays after you pass the trainee stage?

    For that money it's probably monkey work, 20 hours of skiving and 19 hours of installing floppy drives or something. Grand for somone looking to get their foot in the door of the field technician business (as long as they get those courses). Something to throw on the CV.
