Is it possible to ad more than two hard-drives (considering that the secondary IDE is full with cd-rom drives) using some sort of PCI IDE expansion card?

Will a RAID PCI card allow additional hardrive to be added without using RAID?

should be able to do it with a normal IDE card - you dont need to go to a raid one.

www.promise.com - these guys have been making IDE controllers for a wee while now - usually two IDE connectors (4 drives ) per card. - the RAID cards just cost more
