Each Heat will need to arrrange their own host.

Heat 1 is to be played during the week ending July 4th.
Heat 2 week ending July 11th
Heat 3 week ending July 18th.

Actually I just remembered (*blush*)... I'll be away on holidays from the 10th to the 24th... can I switch with someone in Heat 1 or play Heat 3 on the 25th and the final on the weekend after?
Otherwise I'll just accept my fate and miss this heat (I have a terrible feeling I'm never going to get to the a monthly final, let alone the yearly one!).

Heat 1 needs to be organised asap as it is this weekend and people will need to be informed or we'll be in the same situation as last month. Someone in Heat 1 should just take charge (dev) and organise it - realistically it needs to be circulated today.
