whenusearch adware problem

I have this stupid "whenusearch" adware thing on my computer that wont go away! It keeps poping up browser windows with ads, and tries to install a weather program. I've run ad-aware 6.0 and it's still there. I've found it in the program files folder and have uninstalled it, but it still keeps coming back! I've windows XP pro on my machine - so if anyone has any bright ideas how to get rid of this for once and for all please tell me!

Nope, just won't work for me! Tried it with different browsers and different PCs.

Then just go into google, do a search for it or just do a search for spybot nd run that.

Well I didn't know what program it was trying to bring me too! But if it is that Spybot search and destroy one then I have it installed on my PC already! It may have gotten rid of the whenusearch stuff but something else is popping up in a browser window. I just shut it as soon as i see it - next time i'll wait and see what it is.
