Nokia phone - Asian Version?

I was looking at buying the Nokia 5100 from www.expansys.ie, they have two Nokia 5100's for sale - a grey one, and for 40euros cheaper a Nokia 5100 (Blue - Asian Version) - just wondering whats the price difference about? would there be any difference in the features of the Asian Version ?

My last asian phone had a chinese character set , no names on any of the inbuilt tones and nothing in the dictionary , other than that is was not bad 8850
