    lads

do many of you use this??...i'm finding its reporting alot more Mb's downloaded than is actually being downloaded. I left Americas army downloading overnight, about 730 Mb, Dumeter reported over 1Gb of data downloaded the next mornin...don't think the toothfairy was near it during the night!!

I've checked, there doesn't seem to be any other traffic

    any ideas??

It works okay for me, make sure that in "Options", that it's not set to "All Interfaces". Just choose the modem you're using for the internet, otherwise it counts everything twice.

because in the options you have to select only 1 network interface!(only one thing must be ticked) if there are 2 it will count double

    then it works correctly!

The Best download measuring programs are(sorted, top = best):

    Telekomat.Net
    NetGrid

    then comes DUMeter

and then Down2Home - very basic!

any programs you'd recommend that could just log time online and then calculate expense incurred?...don't need to know how much mb's downloaded
