jes-computers payment and delivery options

    How long does it take for an order be be delivered after you go down to the bank to make the payment to jes? also what deliver option is the best? they seem to only offer deutsch post or GLS and everybody seems to be giving out **** about GLS on the Komplette board....?

    There are loads of threads about this... generally the bank transfer takes 5 working days, and they should despatch the goods once they get the transfer. Delivery can take from 2-5 working days (roughly). GLS and Deutsch Post are the same thing really when it's being sent to Ireland - I think Deutsch Post is just for COD within Germany. GLS are great IMO, but I'm using the Knock depot which seems to be the only decent one in Ireland. It all depends on where you are and who your delivery guy is really.

    Yea exactly, im in kildare and GLS are perfect. Ive had prob 6-8 orders with them and all arrived without problems. It generally takes 4-6days (working days) for them to deliver to me. And yea the bank draft takes roughly 5 days to clear.

    All in all i like jes and havent had problems. If your in dublin GLS arent supposed to be great for some strange reason????

    [edit] Even with komplett now your almost forced to use GLS as DHL are crazy crazy prices. Thats why i find jes a better option, bigger range, better prices......
