stay in the flying pig (google for it) and make sure you stay in the downtown flying pig , it is the ONLY place to stay in my opinion ,

loads of young travellers hostel there, it's clean , got all the ammenities and central location , plus you can book from the web

oh and it's only the length of grafton st away from the train station , and again the length of grafton st from dam square

there is a coffee shop across the street (side street not road) from the hostel , you can smoke in the hostel anyway !!!

oh and ronald mc donald is about 100 yards up the street waiting to serve you breakfast lunch and dinner (should have brought my mom with me )

but the hostel has kitchen facilities and pool table , and internet etc, actually it;s all on their site , enjoynt
