Allergic to Alcohol?

Whenever I drink anything alcoholic I get dizzy very quickly. Even after just a one pint of beer my balance starts to go with it being most noticeable if I move my eyes or when I walk. After three pints I get seriously dizzy but don't have any other problems you'd associate with being drunk, such as slurred speech, loss of comprehension or generally talking crap. After 3 pints I'd also feel the effects the next morning.

This dizziness/poor balance thing doesn't happen to anyone else I know.

Could this be a mild allergy to alcohol or just a bad intolerence to alcohol? Anyone else have a similar experience when drinking?

You must piss like a camel and wake up a dried husk of your former self. Jeebus. You do know that both alcohol and caffeine are diuretics don't you? Drink water instead of coffee.

DMT, go to a doctor tbh. :)
Personally, if it was happening to me, I'd suspect dehydration. Has this always happened with alcohol, or just recently? Do you drink much coffee and/or tea? Do you get headaches easily, particularly when it's cold?

I'm allergic to caffine - and that's one of the (side) effects I experience - in that I get dizzy, as in weak, dizzy, tired. The effects can also last into the next day - so I wake up feeling like sh1te. Not saying that you are allergic, but might be an idea to go to someone that pokes and prodes you to find out such things.

Alcohol is a (my favourate) poison anyway, but it may not be the alcohol, it could be what you're drinking - for example yeast in beer. Again, better to get these checked out.

Always happened, even after eating food. Hardly drink any tea and don't drink coffee. Don't get headaches much.

How do they test for it? Blood test I presume?

Go to the doctor and get checked out, a lad I used to work with was alergic to alcohol and his doctor told him he had to give it up. He'd only drink a couple of pints and the next day he'd be very hung over
