Why can't I delete post I've started?

I started a fourm called Survivor: All-stars final tonight and I want to delete the post, but I can't delete it because a message comes up saying I do not have permission to acess this page. Why do I not have acesss to this when I started this fourm?

You don't have permission to create forums, so I guess you're a bit confused. Give a link.

Ah, ok, you started a thread by posting the first post on that thread. Normally you should be able to delete a post if you come back to it within 48 hours, however you can't delete the first post in a thread if people have followed up to you.
