    Just saw this this morning, quite enjoyed it, thought the three main characters played by macy, baldwin and bello where all well done.

    some good scenes in it i thought i enjoyed particularly the one where bello was shouting at baldwin.

    some things i took issue with was the what seemed to be a whole science of luck thing they had going on and the somewhat over repeated coffee scene.

    but definitely worth a look in

    been waiting for this to come out for ages, saw the trailer ages ago.
    looking forward to seeing macy in a slightly different role..
    im sure baldwin got a oscar nomination for this, no?

    must take a look when it eventually comes out here..:rolleyes:

    so no cooler for me :(

    i guess ill have to hold my baldwin family scepticism, at least untill iv seen the movie that is. .
    nice to see him fit in something respectable in between the tripe.. hes better than that.

    aye i'm not usually a fan someone mentioned another film he was actually good in, glengary glenross or something along those lines, ring any bells?

    yeah i did really like him in glengarry glenross, hes very good, thats why i think hes better than half the crap he usually does..

    glengarry glenross is class btw, well worth checking out.

    Saw this today thought it was excellent. All 3 leads are very good, with Macy doing the loser thing almost to well, underplayed it a little too much imo.

    Baldwin definate deserved the plaudits for this, best film he's been in for ages. (what else has he been in lately?)
    His character's change of heart was a bit abrupt tho imo

    I liked the movie, although it definitely sagged in the middle. My only real complaint (albeit one I hadn't actually noticed until someone else pointed it out) was Bello's non-character - her back-story seemed tacked on in some desperate attempt to rescue her from being completely one-dimension.

    But yeah, I still liked the movie.
