A huge and frightening altercation involving violence and startlingly-worded threats on the personal safety of housemates occurred in the Big Brother house in the early hours of Thursday morning.

The incident followed a very tense night which saw the re-introduction of 'bedsit babes' Michelle and Emma to the main house, having seen everything the group had been saying and doing since their 'eviction' last Friday.

The pair were quick to spill the beans on their adventures to close allies Marco, Nadia and Stuart, who were all pretty outraged at hearing some of the things Victor and Jason in particular had been up to.

Victor and Jason, meanwhile, were none best pleased at seeing the harem reunited - a frustration that was heightened more so as they were wound up.

Things finally came to a head at around 1.30am in the living area, when Jason flipped a table and began to scream at Nadia.

Before too long Victor and Emma were going at each other too, with Victor pouring white wine over her and screaming "I'll ****ing kill you!"

Big Brother immediately called Victor to the diary room as the rest of the group tried to pull him and Emma apart.

With Victor, Jason and Vanessa all in the diary room, the rest of the group were left wondering what was going to happen next.

Shell took the news particularly badly, collapsing on the bathroom floor shortly before producers cut live streaming from the house altogether.

Channel 4 yanked live feeds of the house from E4 and the Internet between 2am and 3am, airing only a prerecorded loop of generic house images and bird noises. Upon the feeds coming back at 3am, viewers saw Victor, Jason, Stuart and Michelle in one area of the house with the other housemates having disappeared. Conversation between the contestants indicated that no plans have been made as to how to continue with the show at this point - as Michelle pointed out to Stuart, "they can't put these people in the same room again."





What next the C4 website for BB is down and the DS website is also down

Tempers erupted in the Big Brother House last night - leaving the place in a state of chaos. Victor and Emma were separated by security, and Jason and Marco and Vanessa and Nadia all went head to head.

The animosity between Emma and Victor exploded when, during a playful food fight, Emma's volume control went haywire. Incensed by her screeching Victor lost it, big time. A food fight escalated into tray-throwing, Emma first, Victor retaliating, before the two had to be dragged apart screaming insults and threats at each other.

"Do you know who I am?" Victor bellowed repeatedly.

"I'll f***ing kill you," screamed Emma, before being dragged away by Dan.

She failed to calm down enough to remain in the House, so Big Brother asked her to return to the Bedsit.

Previously another row had erupted between Jason and Marco. Marco's delight at the return of his bestest allies Emma and Michelle spilled over into a dance of "disrespect". At least that's how Jay saw it.

Jay started blustering around telling anyone who'd listen, and there weren't many volunteers, that the mess from the earlier food fight would have to be cleared up. When Marco performed a loud and camp jig in his face, the burly Scot exploded and shouted at the law student.

"How dare you intimidate me!" squealed Marco, choosing not to call Jay "Darling" in this instance.

"You dance like that again, and I'll take your f***king head off," came the muscle-bound reply.

Don't F***ing mess with me


With Jason pumped and ready for trouble Nadia and Emma stepped between him and Marco to protect him. Marco giggled at the back, but Jason was deadly serious.

While Dan and Stuart attempted to keep the peace Vanessa started shouting at Nadia.

Then, for the first time in Big Brother history, security entered the House to restore order.

With Emma safely ensconced in the Bedsit the other members of the House scattered themselves about the place as they all tried to calm down.

We bet there'll be a few sore heads this morning...

My own feeling is yeah you should respect women whenever possible - but when THEY start getting violent both verbally ("I'll f***ing kill you,") and physically (tray-throwing) then they need to be taken down a peg or two.

Are we talking 'hit' or just 'pushed'? I mean if she was sticking her big mouthy gob in his face and he just pushed her back then I don't think that should count against him.

And if throwing a chair counts as violence then surely Ahmed should be kicked out too for smashing those plates AND Jason for throwing eggs and smashing a mirror?

Which is more of a threat.

Of course up to the point where he says "Do you know who I am?" (Which is shouted in a threatening manner mulitple times) he was pushing against emma with his chest, saying "you are nothing to me" and then proceeded to smash the place up. After nadia had suggested that they go into the room to break it up.


Jason and Victor had planned to go mental at them all about 1 hour before hand, so they were ready.

From what I saw there was a sense that big brother didn't care that much whatever happened. It looked like security came in pretty late.

Personally, I think Jason started the whole thing off. He was gunning for a fight, saying to Victor "We have to go out there now with a new tactic, we should get rowdy, show them we're stronger than them" (paraphrasing but that was the general tone).

Victor was actually laughing when Emma and Marco sprayed them in the snug with the hoses.... I think Jason is the main culprit...

Definitely Jason's fault. It's easy to see why they were so wound up with four 7-year-old's running around making arseholes of themselves, but he should have just gone to bed, instead of winding up Victor even further and confronting an obviously hammered Marco and Nadia. Once he started shouting at Marco, that kicked it all off.

Dammit! It would have to happen ....I had a tape recording CH4 BB tonight but the bloody thing ran out just as things were hotting up.

Can anyone fill me in on what was screened after the point where Jason says 'Don't ever come in mah face again ya wee bald bastard' to Marco? I've checked that 3minute clip that was posted up today and I reckon that fits in soon after this point. But was there anything else screened tonight that wasn't in the clip?

hmm cant remember at what point things happened but roughly...

After Jason went Dr David Banner at Marco (and i dont blame him tbh) emma got involved and 'stepped' up to jason. She was clearly itching for a fight and was ostensibly trying to 'protect' marco. At this point victor got involved and pushed the parties apart. Victor and Emma went toe to toe screaming in each others face and then started throwing food at each other (emma first). Emma then threw a metal tray at victor and he threw it back. I think it was at this point he threw the wine over her and the other HM's stepped in to seperate them.

People seperated into their seperate camps and shell went into the loo for a good cry about the injustices of the world. While in there, and safe from the incredible hulk, marco ranted about 'how dare he say those things' while mincing about the place like an injured doe.

Vanessa went into the bathroom to comfort shell and nadia followed her in. C4 werent on the ball at this point and didnt seem to have much coverage with the remote cameras but as far as we could tell, Nadia made a comment and vanessa LOST HER MIND and possibly went for her. It was at this point that the security guards were called in and the factions decamped to seperate rooms.

Certainly her questions and lack of understanding seem so similar as to raise my suspicions that it's a rehearsed routine.

Similarally I believe marco's extreme campness is all an act,FFS has he no originality either.

More than likely the cabin fever has temporarilly erased their memory of them and replaced them with a strong dose of paranoia.

As far as people being 2-faced. What the hell? EVERYBODY is 2-faced. Not just in BB. In the world. If you're stuck in a room with someone you don't like (your boss, a friend of a friend, a stranger who starts talking to you, a relation etc etc).

you are not going to say to the person's face - "I dont like you, I think you are a d!ckhead - etc etc" Why would you? Why bother? (unless you were drunk maybe or if you really really hated them)

you would wait until you are with someone you like or know, and then say - "fecking hell, I was stuck in a room with (any of the above) - what a bad buzz, I think that he is a d!ckhead".

They were being nice to everyone until they were kicked out, then they were dishing out the insults when they knew it wouldn't get back to the person "big fat cellulite b!tches" I think they were calling shell and vanessa.

Well - thats my rant. Everyone is 2-faced (but only with people they dont like). Me, you, the housemates, everyone. So whats the big deal?

Emma's quite a nice person. Stupid sure, but certainly not obnoxious. Jade was as loud mouthed and attention seeking as Emma, if not more.

That was in response though to Vanessa saying that she had no respect for Emma and Shell saying the same.
