Well there are posters everywhere and ads all over the TV - how hard have you been looking?
It's July the 2nd anyway, with Advanced Screenings on the 26th and 27th at selected cinemas.
Two friends saw it there on Tuesday night at the Irish Premier and said that it's one of the best movies of the year so far and on a par with the first.

Saw it last week (pirate copy).

Its definitely up there with the first - probably better. The start is a bit slow moving, but it has a tonne of p!ss-takes from other movies. All in all - very enjoyable stuff. Watch out for the "Knights" bit - pure class.

I watched the first few minutes but decided to hang on until it comes out in the cinema. UGC have it on their schedule for next weekend.

Yeah its great, avoide trailers though.

Was walking out of the Day After Tomorrow a few weeks ago and there was a group of Travelers ahead of me. A woman with them looked up at the Shrek 2 poster and said: "Saw that ****in ages ago..." and that wasn't long after it first got pirated so it has definatly done the rounds.

Think i'm the only one who didn't like Shrek 2?

Thought the first one was great. But i just didn't laugh near as much as the second one - the only funny bits were Cops ripoff scene 'Knights', the Mission Impossible ripoff with Pinocchio and Antonio Banderas was hilarious as Puss N Boots.

Donkey didn't make me laugh once!

Saw it last night in Liffey Valley, thought it was hilarious. Puss in Boots was classic. The Knights bit had me in stitches - especially the pepper mill and cat nip!. By the way, was it just me, or were Fiona's matrial arts moves near the start taken directly from 'Street Fighter'??. Could have sworn there was a Dragon Punch in there....??

yeah, i wondered about the dragon punch too... few of the other moves looked familiar enough too
