So what did you think of Season 3's finale? I was expecting more of a cliffhanger, but didn't get it

    Mr. Sulu was brilliant.

Although not a cliffhanger, the story feels completly unresolved.

    Disappointed I guess.
    Nothing that exciting happened.

But a decent episode in it's own right.

when i saw it originally i didn't even know it was the finale, yeah the Mr. Sulu thing was cool

The makers of Scrubs once said in an interview that they were never really into the cliffhanger storylines at the end of series.

Apart from Jordan revealing everyone's secrets at the end of Series 1. Last year, it didn't have much of a cliffhanger with Cox punching Kelso for giving out to 'Barbie' :)

Thought it was a great episode overall! Am a huge fan of Scrubs - wasn't too impressed with this series overall. The first two series were brillant though!

Even though the third series wasn't as good as the first two, it was still funnier than most comedies on TV nowadays!

    Here's hoping for a great 4th series !!!

The season finale is next week is it not? Thats what the announcer chick said over the credits anyway.

EDIT: It would appear not. Nice to not have a cliffhanger. I really hate those, especially on cancelled shows.

I was somewhat disapointed with this episode, but in reality, it does leave the next series with alot of stuff to cover, which IMO is more important than a cliff hanger (which often only takes 1 episode to resolve).
We have the whole wedding thing (and all related such as a new house, or JD moving), JD and Elliot trying to patch things up, which is bound to take some time given the situation. I'd imagine both Sean and Danni are gone from it now, and I wouldn't be surprised with Carla getting pregenent.... oh, and theres always the continuing rivalry between Turk and Marco...:D

The turk/marco stuff always made for a few good laughs. Anyone know when the next season is due to air in the US?

    /me warms up bit torrent

I dont know if its even filmed yet, NBC only announced recently theyre giving them at least another 2 series... I'd say late in the year tbh

It started in America in October last year so they're expecting the new series around the same time.

But NBC have started filming already (usually filming doesn't start til near the end of August) so they may be trying to get the season out for the start of September in the US this year.

God bless BitTorrent! It'll be getting used constantly for Scrubs Series 4 and also for the new 4th series of Family Guy (which i doubt will be shown in Ireland - unless TV3 decides to show it at 12.30 at night like they did with the other seasons)

The only problem is most of the quality of the Scrubs episodes off BitTorrent are all very average.

i think the quality is very good if you get the pdtv versions that are 175megs i have earlier scrubs episodes and the quality is definetly not as good as those

ye sulu was brillent. got a good laugh out of me more then once.
OK episode but only a month ago i was giving scrubs tumbs up for having a good record of having great clifhangers. Not this time tho :(

    Still nice epsiode

yeah, as data said, I generally check out the file size first, if its under 175megs, then you can expect it to be poor... over 200 and youre onto a winner (usually)

I'd say family guy will be on sky 1, btw...

Must try and get the rest of series 3, and start working on 1 and 2 before series 4 starts.

I thought it left a enough stuff unresolved to make it a pseudo-cliff hanger. However though im really getting tired of JD ****ing it up with Elliot-if he falls in love with her again or has sex with her again I'll lose faith in the writers, who, up till know have been doing a good job-long may it continue.

I have all episodes from 1,2 &3 and am in the process of encoding them to get a full collection on DVD. Its going to take 20 discs tho. Might have to invest in a dual layer burner.

My DVD player will play AVI and MPG files so I can burn a whole Series on one DVD.

My DVD player manufacturer is Kiss but Lite-On make a similar one. It is really great to be able to burn downloaded movies or TV episodes on to DVDRW and watch them on my widescreen TV.
