Saving Private Ryan 2 discer for one. 7.99 with discount 6.49 = 9.8 euro
On hong kong site 89hk dollars which = 9.5 euros

Same for the from dusk till dawn 2 discer, and I'm sure for plenty others.

They have recently changed the .com site. They gave an option to pay in Euro upto about 2 weeks ago where the exchange rate was far better than you would get via your credit card or xe.com. If there was no link - generally .com.hk is better value. If you are buying a cd / dvd it is worth looking at all the sites as there can be regional differences, .com, .com.hk, .ie, .de or .nl.

Well I have a little theory, could be complete bull mind! I used an email address already registered with cdwow - this got me £1, and I used another address not registered with them and this got me a fiver.

About 1 week after I registered, I got 2 x £2 vouchers. WIll they work with the discount link does anyone know ?

i'd imagine that they might work with the discount link if you follow the instructions that mbroaders posted last year on another thread (which i'm too lazy to search for and link to) basically you had to:

1) start on normal cdwow, pick something, anything and go to checkout
2) when you get to the spot where it says enter voucher, do so and click next
3) now you have got the -£2 discount in your basket so replace any txt after cdwow.com/ in the url with the equivalent section from the discount link, press return.
4) all the stuff on the site should now be discounted so pick what you really want, and remove the first item from your basket and check out as normal, hopefully you'll have £3.50 off your purchase.
