1 euro per hour net cafes in dublin city ?

I'm a student, i'm low on funds, i want to kill a few hours on the internet in the city, anyone know locations of 1 euro net cafes in the city(i've got a valid isic card if that helps)

There's one at the Portobello end of Rathmines road, that's nearly town .
A brisk 5 min walk from the Bleeding Horse.

thats a 2 euro a hour place and only 2 hour if u have a student card.
