Good Irish pressure over the past 10 mins or so but the bad news is that d'arcy has done his shoulder and Kevin "The Terminator" Maggs is on

Strong enough finish by the irish though.

Pissed off we lost. We looked second rate, now is the time to make a few key changes in the squad.

    Sheahen for the mullet
Swap murphy for the swirve, payne or duffy on the wing.

I think Quinlan for Esterby might be a bit harsh but Esterby lacks any presence going forward.

If we lose the next test because EOS fails to make any changes I'm calling for his head.

I think saying you guys looked "second rate" is a tad harsh. Aust v Scots yesterday, we just won, but Aust looked VERY "second rate".

As BOD said post match Ireland's discipline was lacking, combine that with v.strong S.A defence and that is where the 'Boks won the match.

Hope you guys get up in the next one !!!

Let's not panic. Mullet had a bad day with his throwing but Sheahan can't hit a cow's arse with a banjo, as the Great Hook might say.

I'd like to see Murphy at full back. HE might actually get the ball in that position, but how badly would it weaken the team to put Payne or Duffy in there.

Connacht having a better than expected season is all very well but putting Duffy in against the Boks for his first cap? No way.

Gavin Duffy actually plays for Harlequins in England. He left Connaught last year.Id be much happier with Murph at fullback and either Duffy/Payne on the wing.Might offer something going forward.
