Okay - this hasn't really troubled me much before but lately I haven't been able to last long during sex with my girlfriend at all. The only position I can last in is when she's on top and it's boring shagging the same way all the time.

Before I could go for quite a respectable length of time no bother but the last while it's been justa couple of minutes and bam it's over. Now I've tried to compensate by really putting the old heart and soul into foreplay but as I get her more and more turned on she always urges me to just give it to her and then before you know it it's all over.

Now given that I've a lot of work to do at the moment it could be something that will pass but it's annoying the **** out of me that I can't doggystyle etc. without feeling like an inexperienced loser.

Any suggestions? (besides reciting football results in my head etc - cause that don't work)

bear in mind the average bloke only last 2 mins during actual penetration. when shes on top you dont have to concentrate on things that much so you relax therfore it lasts longer. Different things help different people to be honest, you could rub one out a few hours before you know you are going to have sex perhaps? I know it takes the fun out of it cause you arent as sensitive and stuff, but every now anf again it might be helpful chief

Durex Performa, they do make a difference but you will need to take it slow at first if you come in 2 minutes, it takes time to work. These made me go from 20 ,minutes to 40 on average
