Sorry not an exact answer to your question but I was told that there are very few places in Ireland if any that develop slides anymore that in most places they are sent to the UK for developing.

When I but slides I usually purchase fujifilm sensia pre paid processing, and when the roll is used you pop it into the provided envelope and send it to a PO box at the Fuji Labs in Ireland, however I have a feeling that these may be sent to Germany and back for processing but could be wrong.

Although the slides did take nearly two weeks to be returned to me.

If there are any professional labs around that develop for the photographic industry they might be able to do it, although at the moment I have not been able to find any of these.

There are plenty of labs in Dublin who do E6 (slide) processing onsite. Those that I can think of of the the top of my head are:

    The Colour Lab, Fumbally Lane.
    DM Prints, Merrion Square.
    Film Bank, Baggot Street.
    Primary Colour, Greenville Ave.
    Repro 35, Merrion Square.
    Leary's Lab, Ranelagh.

    What about Cork?

    Hi,

Dalkey Photo Center (a fuji center) will process slides and mount them. This takes about a week so they are clearly sent away somewhere.

A similar question, anyone know where will scan slides in at a decent resolution and not compress them?

    Cheers,
    ~Al

Nordic Guy: there's one on Abbey St, just past Wynne's hotel. It's a Fuji place. Good service and can probably do it quickly if absolutely necessary.

Film Bank are cheaper and can also do a very quick turnaround if necessary.

Thank you for answers, got the slides developed i Dublin on monday. Its a long process with slides when you live in Galway. Have gone digital with Nikon D70, but are still using film in my underwater setup. Cant wait for my uw-housing for the D70.

Now i just have to be ripped off in the local shop that can scan a few them...
