    I'm looking for the name of a song. Normally I enjoy tracking these things down myself, but I've been searching for months for this one without any luck. I think its from around 89/90, and I think its by an Irish band, although I'm not certain about that. Anyway, the chorus is pretty much as follows:

    "I am the butterfly
    I shed my father's clothes".

    Its pretty famous, so I'm sure somebody out there knows it, but it seems to be impossible to track down with Google. Any ideas?

    Its the song 'Butterfly' by a band called the Pale. They were out abbout 89/90/91.
    They had another good song called 'Dogs with no tails'
