    howdy,
I'm upgrading my hdd, i currently dual boot w2k and redhat.
On my new hdd I want to install SUSE and map over my current windows partition et al. I have never downloaded a linux distro before (I got redhat on a disk.)
and am not sure what the story is. I went here http://www.linuxiso.org/distro.php?distro=2 and downloaded the SUSE 9.0 ftp install for my system, do I just create a cd with this boot.iso and that is all i need??

Also anyone got any tips on how to do the mapping, i don't have ghost or any such programs, is there freeware for this??

    thanks a bunch
    tam tam

yeah burn that cd, boot it up and it should prompt you to install the software from an ftp server
