Convert German to English?

    Hi, I just got a laptop from my aunt. Its a very good spec. laptop but the only problem is that everything is in German. Is there anyway to convert everything to English or do I have to Install an english version of windows. I have went into 'Control Panel' 'Language Options' and changed it to english but it hasn't done anything.

    yeah id reckon you'd have to do a fresh install of your os...

    Fresh install is the only way. You can't just change the language in the control panel.
