Northern Ireland Constitution?

    Just wondering, does anyone know where i can find the northern ireland constitution? Or do we even have one?

    There is no real UK or NI constitution (although the Belfast Agreement is one in a way). It is all based on statute law, tradition and precedent.

    with the Belfast Agreement not being fulfilled - can it be called the northern ireland constitution?

    just been informed the Belfast Agreement can NOT be classified as a constitution - the UK has never had one - no 'set of rules' was set up by the UK, therefore as the *north is part of the UK* - we never had one.

    the republic in the other hand got one way the Republic was set up.
