Does Eircoms new offer apply from order or activation? UTV pretty much totally screwed up my BB migration[1] and they offered me four months free although I actually ordered before the offer comes into affect. However I thought it had been activated and it hasn't yet. If they're picking up the four months free and passing it on to me as a freebie, I'm going to kick some serious hole.

[1] I'm pretty sure it was a genuine mistake. These things happen. I just want to be compensated for the serious inconvenience it's caused me. And cost, since I've had to use their free dialup since late last week.

That's the Eircom Net Ts&Cs, I'm talking about wholesale. Thought there'd be a specific document there for the offer, must be in the RIO...?

Didn't see that there was a separate bitstream price list. It says "connected", and I haven't been connected. Excuse me, I have to open a large can of whoopass.
