    lets just hope they don't make a balls of it, and the network ends up like the uk's. speed upgrades in august though, nice one

    Why, what is wrong with the network in the UK?

    there's a lot of network congestion in certain areas, which is the reason why they introduced the cap in the first place. where as over here they just seem to have introduced it for a laugh.

    So there is a strong possibility of being able to get 1.5Mbps for €50 a month - sign me up:D! Of course this is NTL so I'm wary but I can always dream:). It would be fantastic to get those speeds and of course upstream would be 256?

    upstream on the 1mb service is 256k, and some reckon that NTL will not upgrade their upstream when they upgrade the download. hopefully they will though...
