Location of Election Posters

HI is there any restrictions on the placing of election posters, specifically within housing estates, 2 have been placed inside our estate - not very far in but they are definetly inside.

There are guidelines that are issued by each council. You can probabbly find them on council web sites. Officially there are only supposed to be 2 per pole and none on bridges. Certain areas in Dublin city council are also poster free. It is illegal to remove posters from poles.
