Hold an AGM in September after sign-up day.
Elect an auditor and people to fill the committee spaces (vice-auditor, treasurer, secretary, and a few Ordinary Committee Members (OCMs)).

Tbh, if no-one else steps forward, it'll default to you.
If things didn't go great last year, fuck it.
No-one would be talking about it at all if you hadn't tried.
