SATA to IDE Converters?

Is it possible to get a (preferably very cheap) SATA to IDE converter for a SATA hard drive I need to connect to my old system? I only need it for a week or two, so I don't want to go buying anything too expensive. I've seen the IDE to SATA converters before, but I assume you cant use them in reverse?
