    should i complain that i get worse pings on digiweb broadband than my friends on eircom they both boast almost identical specs. any suggestions??

    theres not much you can do really unfortunately, all the dsl providers give different pings even tho they all use the same spec connection type, its to do with each isps settins, routing etc. eircom are best ping wise followed closely by IOL and Netsource then UTV lag a good bit behind those with isdn style pings tho not as bad as they used to be, Digiweb DSL ive never really seen anyone on boards give their dos-ping results for this company so I dunno how bad are the pings your on about. At least digiweb give a better cap than anyone else:)
