if you lose your credit card does the bank (AIB) charge you anything to get a new one. How does stamp duty work?

You shouldn't be charged for a replacement card.

Regards stamp duty, you won't end up paying it again - it's on an account basis, not per card

If you loose your card make sure you report it to the bank a.s.a.p. or else you cloud be liable to any transactions after you lost it
