Mixing RAM

Just a quick question and am sure everyone will know I just can't remember, is it possible to put a 512MB piece of RAM and a 128MB on a motherboard at the same time?!?

Asumming they are of same type supported by your mobo yes you can.

yes there both 266 and i upgraded the 128 to 512
