Pamphlet Pricing?

    What would the average price be for designing a 3 panel, double sided pamphlet?

    I've been asked to design one and i need a ballpark figure to use as a guidline.

    How many colours?
    Digital Print or Litho?
    Paper Stock?
    How much bleed?
    Images provided or sourced by yourself?

    Whats the brief?

    I dont know yet, the person that asked me to design it only asked that it be done in photoshop.
    He said that it was for a holiday excursion, golf i think.

    any general tips?
