Dose anyone know of any tool's or toutoriols to mod, Generals and or Zero hour? I've got a cunning plan for a European Army and I just need to do somthing about it lol

Use the Forums

Good place to start ,then follow on from posts there to sites with tutorials.

From what i know you can use 3DS to generate models ,then convert to X type and render then it will show in game.
