I've been pricing cameras on ny-camera and was wondering... a minolta dynax 4 with AD D 3.5-5.6/28-100mm is 198E but a minolta dynax 4 with Sigma UC 3,8-5,6/28-105 is 227E are the lenses that come as standard crap and the sigma lenses considered better quality?

From my understanding Sigma lenses are generally top quality.

I use a Dynas 5 (bought from NY Camera) with 2 Minolta lenses and I find the whole package to be excellent. Next up is the 50mm f1.7.
