    29th and 30th May 2004

    Detail times
    (these times are the start of Preparation Time for that detail)

    Saturday 29th
    Detail 1 Start time 10.30am
    Detail 2 Start time 12.45pm
    Detail 3 Start time 3.00pm
    Sunday 30th
    Detail 4 Start time 9.00am
    Detail 5 Start time 11.15am
    Detail 6 Start time 1.30pm

    Final No 1: Irish National Championship 3.45pm.
    Final No 2: Irish Open Championship 4 .45pm.
    Prizegiving: 5.30pm

    Competition Format

    There will be three competitions based on a double 60 shot match entry. Due to firing point limitations, competitors will be allowed to shoot 2 sixty shot matches, maximum. Competition 3 and ((Competitions 1 and 3) cannot be entered separately)

    Competition No. 1: Irish National Championship
    Entry to this Championship and Class competition is restricted to Irish Citizens and those who may be eligible to represent Ireland at International Matches. Affiliation and membership of NTSAI is also a condition of entry. This is a sixty shot match, which may be shot on it's own (single match entry) or as the first match of a double match entry. Entry fee for this competition is EUR10.00

    Competition No. 2: Irish Open Championships
    This Championship and Class competition is a double match entry competition (2 x 60) and is open to all nationalities. If a person, who is eligible to represent Ireland, takes part in this competition, and if they wish to be considered for Irish selection, then they must also enter Competition 1 and must submit their first sixty shots for consideration in Competition 1. Entry fee for this competition is EUR10.00

    Competition No. 3 Fifth Province Championship
    This Class competition is open to all nationalities and will be based on the scores achieved on the first thirty shots of the second sixty shot entry. The entry fee for this competition is EUR5.00 This competition can only be entered as part of competition 2.

    Prizes

    Prizes for competitions 1 and 2 will be awarded as follows:

    Championship Match (Qualifying 60 shots and final. Qualifying 120 shots and final) 1st,2nd and 3rd.
    Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D 1st,2nd and 3rd.(60 shot match and 120shot match)
    Ladies Match (1st 40 shots from first sixty . 1st 40 shots from first sixty + 1st 40 shots from 2nd 60) 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
    Junior Match (1st 40 shots from first sixty . 1st 40 shots from first sixty + 1st 40 shots from 2nd 60) 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
    Competition 3 Class A, Class B, Class C and Class D 1st,2nd and 3rd. Based on first 30 shots of second sixty entry.

    Junior Shooters
    A person is eligible for Junior Status if they are under 21 on the
    31st of December 2004. If required please be able to produce evidence of age / date of birth..

    Disabled Shooters
    Paralympic shooters are eligible to enter the competition in Class SH1 and SH2.
