Just wondering how quiet 25dba is on that fan. Would i be able to hear 4 of these babies running? Or would it be quiet enough that i can barely hear them?

By current case is a beast when it comes to noise, and i want to quieten it down as much as possible.

    Chauffe, Marcel, chauffe!

It's not bad. It is neither (near) silent nor noisy. There are virtually silent ones available. Rule of thumb: 20dBa is silent

For 25db you'll have to get close to the box (almost ear to it) to hear that fan.

and 4 of even the quietest fans will make an appreciable noise (more than one on its own) ..... I have 3 sharkoon 25dba fans and I can hear them ... but not one on its own (thats with them all turned down really low)

Well, the dba rating doesn't mean much if you have them turned down, they'll be producing much less than 25dba at low voltage.
