OMG Can that thing actually work? I guess it would have to impose a few seconds delay on the playback of the film or whatever.

I'm thinking of that scene in "Keeping up appearances" when Hyacinth asks the TV guy to install a "bleeper" in her TV Ah America, a culture based on jokes.

Reminds me of the time I got kiddies encyclopaedia from my parents and all the pages on human reproduction including even the development of the embryo in the womb were ripped out.

the thing would overload * possibly explode with irish made movies no offence to amercians but if a child wants to see pornography etc its readily availible so its a gimic and it probably wouldn't pick up irish swear words
