RTÉ guessed one of mine anyway.
The one where Joey and Chandler won Monica's and Rachel's apartment in the bet.

yep, i loved that one too. it was SO funny. I also thought the one where Rachel kisses her boss was brilliant.

Far and away the best for me was the one where Ross is giving a lecture and the friends are coming (not it's actual name), everyone is delaying being ready and he's getting stressed and stuff. Joey going commando and taking the "essence" of the chair. Not one line in the whole thing was wasted or not worthwhile or unfunny - reminds of Fawlty Towers in the that respect. Not reaching to hard for the comedy or using cliches just pure character driven situation.

It was sad to see it going so far downhill from such heights.

The Quiz episode was Friends in it's downward spiral. Great subtle stuff like the Quiz and the losing of the apartment alongside the lame shite of Phoebe being a surrogate mother to her idiot brother and his geriatric girlfriend. That sortof desperate terrible plotting became the norm after awhile and was the reason I totally stopped watching friends.

Good sit-com need realistic believeable plotlines if that are not eventually to become utter crap. They all do eventually - even the Simpsons has gone the same way. The only one (that I can remember) that never did was Fawlty Towers - which had only 12 episodes.

Great episode, probably my favourite. IIRC, that episode was all in the apartment? That was my favourite season too, when Ross and Rachel were together.

Hence my doubts about the decision to make a new season of Family Guy. :dunno:
