    Haven't a clue. I've heard the ads though, they're a bit off. Have a quick read through the Advertising standards guidelines before you make a complaint, point out exactly where you think they're contravening the code.

    I'm pretty sure there's something in there about not being allowed to say your goods/services will enhance the quality of someone's life. Gonna have a read myself infact.

    There's no sanction against the company or agency involved other than the company getting their name published in the ASAI bulletin.

    Some advertisers don't even bother responding to complaints raised . Looking back over previous bulletins I see that ESAT BT are the worst offender in this regard.
