    Dose this look like if there is a virus or hacker messing with my pc

    Looks like a virus.

    Whatever it is has tried to generate random ip addresses, all containing the first octet of your IP address, and then is connecting to port 445 on each address (or attempting to).

    Luckily in this case, it seems to be trying to connect to 127.x.x.x, so it's connecting back to your own machine instead of infecting someone else. Are you running Samba or any kind of directory service?

    Update your AV and rescan.

    I could be wrong. This may be normal behaviour when running a directory service. :)
