Blushing after drinking????

I just noticed that after a night on the piss. The next day, I seem to blush at very simple social situations.

For example. I'd walk into the shop the next morning for the paper, and an attractive female would be working the counter and i'd start blushing. And in my head i'd be like "wtf? why am i blushing" but instead of just calming down, i can feel the heat building up in my face, and i can't stop blushing.

It seems to last for a couple of days after drinking.

Could this be an effect of the alcohal or only in my head?

Also does anyone know any techniques to prevent the blushing? Do breathing techniques work?. I think it kinda freaks people out, lol.

I used to have serious problems with blushing but I learnt to just push the feeling aside when I felt an 'attack' coming... Just push it aside and ignore it. The more you’re conscious of it, the more it will affect you

hey don't worry about it, if it happens it happens, if you don't worry about it and ignore it, it will get less of a problem in time, nobody is going to turn around and point a finger at you, tbh maybe the girl behind the counter doesnt mind (as long as you're not staring at her tits )

Never happens to me. I usually blush constantly when im drinking, not from embarresment, just from the drink.

It is a result of the alcohol, it heats up the blood i think...well i cant remmebr the detailsbut if you took a beofre and after picture of your face through an infra-red camera your face would be a lot more red than blue in the "after" picture.
