Have any of you ever bought or sold for that matter your toy soldiers on ebay?

I'm thinking about painting up some stuff to sell there. just wondering if anyone's had any experience doing that?

If you intend to make good money at it, dont bother unless your of nothing short of 'Eavy Metal standard. Most of the people who collect it enjoy painting etc the most, so unless your models look REALLY spectacular, you will be lucky to even get the value of the model.

Well, in fairness, it's what they are!! :D

And to reply to the opening qyuestion, I have bought minis on e-Bay before now, and I always go for the unpainted ones where possible. Good photos of the minis is a must as well - it lets people know exactly what they are bidding on.

Not that much on eBay, but I have gotten stuff through Bartertown. Thats more trading than buying/selling though.
