    Met Éireann to begin new forecast for lakes

    Met Éireann has announced plans to begin a new forecast of weather conditions on Ireland's lakes.

    The twice-daily forecast will cover Lough Derg, Lough Ree, Lough Corrib, Lough Mask, Lough Allen and Lough Key.

    It will be available on a trial basis for the duration of the summer, starting next Monday.
